  • Color:  Cx = 0.31, Cy = 0.32 acc. to CIE 1931 (cool white); CRI (typ.) = 70; CTR = 5700 K - 5200 K  
  • Mounting methode:  reflow soldering
  • Packing unit:  12 mm tape with 200 pcs. on Ø 180 mm reel,  
  • ESD - withstand voltage:  2 kV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 2)
